Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were great and very comfortable, with a slight downside being the ancient TV and bathroom issues like a non-working extractor and a shower full of tartar. The location, while convenient for me, was the furthest part from the lobby. The service was a bit hit and miss; some staff were amiable, but the hotel seems to discourage families with large groups. However, they did check on us later, played great American music, and even allowed us to watch a pivotal sports game. The dining experience was satisfying with a worthwhile breakfast buffet, although nearby options are available. Overall, the hotel was good for our teenagers, but some aspects may not suit everyone.
I found the hotel to be in a great location in the middle of a beautiful garden, which was really close to many strategic points in the city. The rooms, despite being the furthest from the lobby, were awesome for our teenagers; however, they are now ancient and need updating, especially with the TV and bathroom issues. The service was super nice but not very family-friendly due to their restrictions on large groups. The dining experience was worth the price, offering a good selection, but the breakfast buffet is expensive. Overall, a decent stay with some areas needing improvement.
The hotel is a mixed bag with great facilities and friendly staff, but the rooms are lacking in maintenance and cleanliness. The location is convenient, but the dining experience may not meet expectations.
